In connection with your registration to the Roskilde University Alumni network we are obligated to inform you that Roskilde University acts as a Data Controller and specify that:
Your information is collected with the purpose to process your registration as a member. The collection is based on the Data Protection Regulation article 6, section 1, subsection A - consent. The information we are requesting from you are: Name, e-mail, year of graduation and education.
Roskilde University expects to process you information within 30 days after the end of your membership in Roskilde University Alumni network.
Your information is not expected to be handed over to new Data Controllers.
At any time you can request to have your information deleted or to revoke your consent. Furthermore, you can request that Roskilde University provide you with information regarding which personal information we process about you. You also have the right to request correction of collected information or request having the processing of information limited without deletion or to protest our processing of your information.
